1. The applicant has to submit a valid Drug License, GST Registration Certificate, PAN Card, and Aadhaar Card (or other government issued identity proof) to apply for a PCD Pharma Franchise.
2. Freight and transport charges are to be borne by the franchise partner, unless something else was agreed upon in writing, clearly.
3. The product prices and Maximum Retail Prices (MRP) may get updated without any prior notice because of market conditions, regulatory amendments, or internal company policy.
4. Once goods are sold, they will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless it’s a manufacturing defect case or it was specifically approved by the company.
5. At the time of the first order of ₹25,000 or more (excluding GST), one MR Bag and one Visual Aid are provided free of cost, no additional charge.
6. For orders that are below ₹25,000 (excluding GST) promotional materials like notepads, pens, product literature, reminder cards, catch covers, key rings, paperweights, and other marketing items could be provided as the company chooses, or may come with applicable charges.
7. A minimum order value of ₹25,000 (excluding GST) has to be met for granting monopoly rights in a district. This is still subject to an operational radius of up to 100 km and overall availability.
8. Orders will be processed only after the agreed advance payment is received. The final invoice will be issued only after payment confirmation.
9. Franchise partners must share the monthly billing detail, and also follow the terms mentioned in the Authorization Letter to keep an active business status.
10. Any claims related to product expiry, damage due to improper storage, or breakage after delivery will not be considered, unless it is reported immediately on receipt, and then verified by the company.
11. The company reserves the right to modify product availability, promotional schemes, business policies, and franchise terms without prior notice.
12. All disputes arising out of business transactions with Allphyra Lifesciences shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Panchkula, Haryana.
13. By placing an order with Allphyra Lifesciences, the franchise partner confirms acceptance of all the above Terms & Conditions.
